These Terms & Conditions help ensure a smooth experience for everyone in the studio.
By purchasing classes or booking studio time, you agree to the following:
1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Dance Social, including dance classes, class packages, and studio rentals.
2. Dance Classes & Packages
2.1 Participation
Our classes take place at scheduled times communicated by the studio.
To keep the experience enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask you to:
Arrive on time
Wear appropriate clothing and clean indoor shoes
Treat instructors and fellow students with kindness and respect
Follow the guidance of the instructor
Dance Social reserves the right to refuse participation in case of inappropriate behavior.
2.2 Personal Use
All class passes and packages are personal.
They cannot be shared, transferred, or used by another person.
2.3 Pricing & Payment
All customers agree to pay the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Payment must be completed before attending classes.
2.4 Validity
Each package has a clearly defined validity period shown at the time of purchase.
If Student gets new package before current one is expired, unused dance classes will be moved to new package.
2.4.1 Special Campaigns
Packages purchased between 16.4-1.7 have a special bonus — up to 4 weeks of freeze time.The freeze can be used once and must be requested before July 15.
2.5 Refunds & Changes
All class purchases are non-refundable. Changes or extensions are not provided by default.
In exceptional situations, you may contact us, and requests will be reviewed individually at our discretion.
3. Studio Environment
We aim to maintain a welcoming and clean environment for everyone.
All visitors are expected to:
Keep the studio clean and tidy
Respect equipment and facilities
Follow any additional instructions from the team
Any damage caused may result in compensation responsibility.
4. Studio Rental
4.1 Rental Types & Pricing
Dance Social offers studio rental for different purposes, including:
Personal use (practice, rehearsals)
Commercial use (e.g. teaching classes, workshops)
Rental pricing varies depending on:
Type of use (personal vs. commercial)
Number of participants
The current price list is always available on our website.
By making a booking, the renter agrees to:
Accurately select the correct type of rental
Provide honest information about the number of participants
4.2 Rental Usage
The studio is provided for use strictly during the booked time.
The renter agrees to:
Arrive and leave within the booked time slot
Ensure all participants respect the space
Leave the studio in the same condition as received
Rental time includes setup and cleanup.
4.3 Responsibility
The renter is responsible for:
All people present during the booking
Any damage or excessive cleaning required
4.4 Refunds & Changes
All studio rental bookings are non-refundable. Changes, rescheduling, or cancellations are not permitted after confirmation.
5. Video Surveillance
For safety and operational purposes, Dance Social uses video surveillance in the studio.
Cameras may be present in Studio halls & Common areas. By entering the studio, you acknowledge and accept that video recording may take place.
6. Liability
Participation in classes and use of the studio is at your own risk. Dance Social is not responsible for: Injuries or accidents, Loss or damage of personal belongings

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
