In case of missing your regular lesson – maybe because of your travels – attend any other suitable lesson(s) instead before or after your travel.

You can join the studio and start dancing anytime (even in the the middle or end of a month). 

Attend any combination of dance lessons, styles, instructors as you wish (according to your dance experience/level). 

In Dance Social we are very flexible, using your same dance package you can attend any combination of classes and events, rent a room or even get a snack! Every dance package includes the credit = dance coins, which you then use for attending the classes or other services of your choice.

Once you become our student, you would check-in to the classes on the website: https://checkin.dancesocial.fi, where you can also see your remaining dance coins balance.

Worry not! In case you have any dance coins left in your package, and you get any new package (of any size) before the current package ends, then all the remaining dance coins are automatically transferred and added to your new package balance. 

This way you can use all the unused dance coins in the next period, attending any classes/events of your choice.

Yes, our instructors also hold private classes according to the needs of every student. Please contact us, so we could organize this according to your time schedule.

We ask everybody to sign up via our registration form for the trial class. This way we can ensure that the instructors are aware of the size of the group and can guide you more efficiently during the first class.

There is no age limit! Dancing is for everybody. We believe that age is just a number, so do not be afraid to sign up for a trial class.

Wear comfortable clothes, so you could feel good and relaxed. In that way, you can focus more on dancing.

Please bring along clean and comfortable indoor shoes.

No need to bring a partner. We will be rotating partners during the class. This way you have an opportunity to meet new people.

However, if you do have a partner, feel free to bring him/her along!

Definitely not! We are a dance studio in Helsinki, with hundreds of active students who joined us as adults with zero previous dance experience. And you are very welcome, too! Even if you are a bit nervous, it is absolutely normal. The atmosphere in our studio is super friendly and there is no need to worry if something is not coming out. Our instructors will help you and everyone has an opportunity to learn at their own pace according to their level. You will not even realize once you have mastered all the steps and dance moves! 😉

Yes we do! Let our admin know and we can credit it towards which ever dance package you’d like to get.
