Workshop for Ladies (Open Level / A1-B1, up to 1 year of dancing experience)
🌹EMBRACE YOUR FEMININE ENERGY THROUGH THE DANCE🌹
Would you like to enjoy yourself and feel more confident dancing bachata in a couple and solo? Do you want your hands to look light, elegant, and feminine – instead of stiff and unsure?
Then this workshop is for you!
During these 1,5 hours, we’ll:
💫 Talk about the correct posture and arm positions for followers – the foundation of beautiful movement.
💫 Learn the technique behind moving hands gracefully and making them look lighter and more natural.
💫 Go through a few simple styling movements and understand the correct technique behind them.
💫 Learn a short choreography that will help you practice the new skills, feel your body better, and dance with confidence.
